DOFMaster Hyperfocal Chart requires Windows® 95, Windows® 98, Windows® ME, Windows NT® 4.x, Windows® 2000, or Windows® XP operating systems.

DOFMaster Hyperfocal Chart Version 0.5 is a work in progress. The help file hasn't been written yet. However, the program is designed to be easy to use. Select the various parameters to define the chart, and then print it.

One known problem with the program is that charts may print slightly larger than the selected size. For example, a 3x5 inch chart may not fit on a 3x5 inch sheet of paper. To work around this problem, print on a larger sheet of paper and then trim the paper as needed.

There is no charge to download and use the program. However, DOFMaster Hyperfocal Chart is copyrighted software. Acceptance of the terms of the license agreement below is required to download and use DOFMaster Hyperfocal Chart.

DOFMaster Hyperfocal Chart Version 0.5 License Agreement

1. LICENSE. Don Fleming ("Licensor") grants the individual or entity licensing DOFMaster Hyperfocal Chart ("Licensee") a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to reproduce and use for personal or internal business purposes the executable code version of DOFMaster Hyperfocal Chart ("DOFChart"). Licensee may redistribute DOFMaster Hyperfocal Chart provided that

• (i) all copyright notices on DOFMaster Hyperfocal Chart screens, in the help file, and on DOFMaster Hyperfocal Chart printed output remain intact,

• (ii) Licensee distributes only a copy of the original, unmodified, DOFMaster Hyperfocal Chart setup program, and

• (iii) Licensee does not charge for the distribution.

2. RESTRICTIONS. Licensee may not modify DOFMaster Hyperfocal Chart. Licensee may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to DOFMaster Hyperfocal Chart. Licensee may not redistribute DOFMaster Hyperfocal Chart as part of another program. Licensee may not redistribute DOFMaster Hyperfocal Chart as a downloadable file on an internet server. Licensee may not remove or modify copyright or other proprietary notices. Licensee may not publish or display (including display on the internet) DOFMaster Hyperfocal Chart printed output and screen captures without written permission of Licensor.

3. FEES. There is no license fee for use of DOFMaster Hyperfocal Chart.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. DOFMASTER HYPERFOCAL CHART IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, AND, THEREFORE, ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES THAT IT IS FREE OF DEFECTS, MERCHANTABLE, FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGING. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT IS BORNE BY LICENSEE. SHOULD DOFMASTER HYPERFOCAL CHART PROVE DEFECTIVE IN ANY RESPECT, LICENSEE AND NOT LICENSOR OR ITS SUPPLIERS OR RESELLERS ASSUMES THE ENTIRE COST OF ANY SERVICE AND REPAIR. THIS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY CONSTITUTES AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THIS AGREEMENT. NO USE OF DOFMASTER HYPERFOCAL CHART IS AUTHORIZED HEREUNDER EXCEPT UNDER THIS DISCLAIMER.
