DOFMaster LE requires Palm OS 3.1 or later versions of Palm OS.

After downloading the program, extract the "dofmaster.prc" file from the archive. Then, install the program onto your Palm device. Note that the first time the program is run after installation there will be a delay of about 5 seconds as it initializes default settings.

There is no charge to download and use the program. However, DOFMaster LE is copyrighted software. Acceptance of the terms of the license agreement below is required to download and use DOFMaster LE.

2. LICENSE. Don Fleming ("Licensor") grants the individual or entity licensing DOFMaster LE ("Licensee") a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use for personal or internal business purposes the executable code version of DOFMaster LE. Licensee may make copies of DOFMaster LE for archival purposes. Licensee may install DOFMaster LE to the memory of any Palm OS device owned by Licensee. Licensee may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to DOFMaster LE.

3. FEES. There is no fee for use of DOFMaster LE.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. DOFMASTER LE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, AND, THEREFORE, ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES THAT IT IS FREE OF DEFECTS, MERCHANTABLE, FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGING. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT IS BORNE BY LICENSEE. SHOULD DOFMASTER LE PROVE DEFECTIVE IN ANY RESPECT, LICENSEE AND NOT LICENSOR OR ITS SUPPLIERS OR RESELLERS ASSUMES THE ENTIRE COST OF ANY SERVICE AND REPAIR.
